Matt A Murdock

Matt is a licensed Professional Land Surveyor with over 24 years of experience in civil design, surveying, and preparing plats, easement documents, and records of survey. He has managed numerous projects involving design surveys, construction staking, and property boundaries, and also serves as an expert witness in boundary disputes.

• Skilled in topographic and utility surveys, plus construction staking for municipal and large-scale projects in Northern Utah
• Experienced in researching property records, easements, and drafting legal descriptions and exhibits
• Proficient in preparing annexation plats, amendments, and vacating plats for government and commercial clients
• Provides oversight and support for GIS networks
• Expertise in vertical control networks using differential leveling and GPS
